I, for one, am quite satisfied with bypassing that terrible trait.
Dead shot + duck n dive + ghost is 
though. Love that sh!t on laspistol.

I put it in the “not for me” category.
The only things I can see as problems are:
- % based stamina cost instead of flat cost.
- Needs blessing synergy to get any real use out of.
- Only for crit builds that also use ADS.
Probably would be interesting with Plasma using Get’s Hot! blessing… If it would work.

Since the update, I mostly play Vet and I gotta say the class is freakin damn good. The invis built is amazing, the Valley Fire is good but not as strong as before because for some reasons, they decided to remove auto reload. I don’t care about removing toughness dmg reduction during Volley Fire because honestly it was hella broken. But I need auto reload back. Other than that, I don’t see any problems. The class is solid and I use it to carry Auric all day long.
If they were to make vet even better because of these feedbacks? Welp, I don’t mind. I’m gonna abuse it to the max.
Do you even run the scoreboard?
I don’t like Urge-type buffs cause you can’t predict it. It can proc while you are revivng someone or incapacitated, feels like buff time waste.

Bro just answer the question lol. Do you objectively “carry auric all day long” via damage or kills? Particularly when playing with ogryns and psykers?
I used to run the mod before I stopped playing. Now that they released huge update I started playing again so the mod doesn’t work anymore and I’m lazy to reinstall it. Prob will do it later.
I don’t know how you view carry. Most dmg doesn’t mean carry if it results in a wipe. I don’t mind being the guy in the back making sure no specials can ambush. Though, I prefer dealing damage cause I know I can do tons. It is super rare I see another person care about covering for the team especially when a monster appears, everyone just brainlessly go all in on it.
I just wanted to leave it at “if they improve vet, I’ll abuse it” yet you kept pushing it. Below are the type of message I receive regularly. I didn’t want to have to go this far. Like I said, if they improve it, I’ll abuse it. You can’t see how good the class is, doesn’t mean I can’t. I didn’t run the same built as most people before the update, and I still don’t. The skills work almost perfectly for me right now and I enjoy it.

Good to hear you are enjoying it. I also mostly played vet since the update. Mainly to feel out the problems and because VoC build is as much as budget Zealot it is actually enjoyable (apart from KS on TA and CK). But…
When I play anything else I just go dumpster everything. I don’t feel it’s even a competition. Even with playstyles, I’m not very good at.
Anyway happy that you enjoy it. I can’t really.

Well, ngl ppl approach the game differently and I can understand how most ppl view the vet current state. I’m not saying that FS shouldn’t improve vet. If they can do it right without it being too OP, why not? Hope they will make it better for you in the near future.
Thank you! I mainly want veterans to feel more coherent mainly, and maybe get some of the lost playstyles back.
While there are a lot of changes I proposed that are buffs I’m mainly concerned about actually making Veteran feel better to play and to have a strong unique identity which is currently missing IMO.
Yeah I was very surprised they remove some of the old perks. Hopefully FS finds the right tune.
