Veteran "Sharpshooter" Stripped too thin (updated to Patch 14)

Plasma gun needs the ammo pickups normalised too, for some reason it’s being needlessly punished on the ammo front, both with pickups and scavenger/survivalist changes, where even with the +ammo reserves node, an elite/specialist kill doesn’t give you enough ammo back to fire an uncharged shot.

I’m still wondering why the plasma gun regenerates ~8% of its ammo supply per small ammo box while other weapons that I’ve tested regenerate ~13%

Why such a tremendously huge discrepancy? I get ~60% more ammo per box when I use a weapon other than the plasma gun.
