The event progress bar is full, but the reward cannot be claimed.
Restarting the computer solves the issue (restarting the game alone does not).

Update: I was just able to claim the reward for the 10 mil tier after a while. We’ll see if it works for the next tier
Here’s a not-so-friendly speculation: On the second day of the event, before I went to bed, I saw that the first stage of the event progress was only at 20%. But when I got up on the third day, the first stage was already completed—yet I couldn’t claim the reward. Today is even more extreme: the progress reached 5 million in just one day. Could it be that either Fatshark or some cheaters manipulated the data, causing server-side anomalies that prevent players from properly claiming event rewards?
cheaters unlikely but it’s almost a given that these live counters are faked by devs
Sorry about that! Rewards should be claimable now - and hopefully without further issue going forwards.
