Ui scaling issue

Issue Summary:

UI scale is at maximum and white the setting can be altered there is no visible change .

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. unsure it is just happening all the time

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):

Constant (100%)

Additional Information:

Monitor: Ultra wide 3440x1440 native resoultion
Gfx card: Nvidia 1080ti
settings: Borderless fullscreen
