Typo in Veteran Ability Modifier "Duty and Honour"

Issue Description:
The tooltip reads “Voice of Command now also provides you and Allies in Coherency with +50 Toughness for 15s. This can excede your maximum Toughness.”

“excede” should be “exceed.”

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Veteran talent tree
2. Hover over the Duty and Honour ability modifier
