Duty and Honor Temp Toughness allows health damage bleed through when temp health damaged

Issue Description:
When a Vet uses Voice of Command and Duty and Honour, you gain temp toughness that is supposed to prevent damage to your health. However, when you are damaged while Duty and Honour’s temp toughness has already been damaged, you’ll take health damage even though your regular toughness is technically at max toughness. However, if you lose Duty and Honour’s temp toughness and revert back to your normal toughness, you’ll somehow not take any health damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Pop Voice of Command with Duty and Honour equipped.
  2. Let enemy damage you.
  3. Let enemy damage you again, and you’ll lose health even though your normal toughness bar hasn’t been damaged by the enemy attack.

Where does it say it’s supposed to do this? It’s just increasing your max toughness for a while. Toughness mechanics otherwise work the same.

Then how come the third melee attack doesn’t damage health as shown in the video, but the second attack does? I think the spaghetti code that caused health damage bleed through when toughness is over100 is back in some form.

The third melee hit doing no health damage is definitely weird. Missed that first time around sorry
