Two glitchs in xbox on the new map

Hi guys i was playing with my friend helping him get better at game and make the maps and after the 3rd we find the coffin the game pick the right for we go and i got stuck between a tree and a mount and after that we couldn’t leave for there.

2rd glitch:this another thing is happen for me on (xbox one fat) when its to go for the final arena my game keeps crashing some times

Same problem on PlayStation, get all the way to the final event and then bam crashed in the middle of it
