Trapper nets can go through cover

Issue Description:
Trapper nets can go through cover you move behind. It’s frustrating when you’ve made a good move to dodge a net, but still get trapped because sometimes cover magically becomes permeable.

Steam

Upload Supporting Evidence:
You can see the net just peeking out to the left of the barrel I’m behind. A moment later I’m trapped.

This has been an issue since launch. I am not aware that any effort has been made to patch this. This just happened to me today. A trapper hit me with the net around the corner of a wall.
