@Truen & @Ilex you guys may have have missed this post above. Ammo regen is supposed to work even at full hp, and the group healing is supposed to only depend on party member hp, not your own. It should be fixed soon if all goes well.

I may not be a programmer but I do know it’s not uncommon to create multiple more bugs while trying to fix others, so it is possible it may be a longer wait than they’re hoping. Cross fingers.
Judging by how easy it is to get orange gear right now, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re nerfing it just to give red gear an extra row of properties. At least we’d have something more to work towards other than power.
Yeah, I read that quote and I think the change is good in my opinion, since it doesn’t incentivize odd play patterns (intentionally taking damage).
My point was that the talents as they are, are broken IMO whether they stop working at 50% or 100% of your HP. The nerf only highlights how they work, but doesn’t actually change the way they work.
