Time to vent again XD

AHHHHHHH.

almost nobody pings enemies, especially when downed in the darkest corner.
Sniper, Rager, Crusher, Trapper - i dont care, but PING ENEMIES!!!

everyone on a hurry, leaving all behind WHY?
Why not check the places we almost all know there can be ammo, plasteel, diamantine, health, ammo?!?
I dont get it!!! really

I am close to not care if your f… ammo is empty, i grab what i can until i’m full because i go search for it all and others dont and then mock about Ogryn takes all ammo.
shut up, if you dont search, if you dont put some effort for ammo, shut up and fight with your melee, i dont care anymore.

I left ammo for others, i left health for others i even use health stim on others while wounded myself, but others weak and need it more.
Why can i do that? BECAUSE I SEARCH FOR IT.

it’s less than 1% of players who care.

OPEN YOUR EYES, spare some time for stuff, it makes it all easier and I NEED IT, I WANT IT!!!

I could slap them all eternally

ok now i can laugh again XD

Runs with 300/300 Diamantine and 805/805 Plasteel are so rare nowadays…
I feel you, I really do.

I don’t care if the game takes 45 minutes as long as all heretics are dead at the end.

But it sure feels nice to also bring back the booty too.

Poor special killing/management is why went from a Sienna main in VT2 to the Kerillian/Saltzpyre main equivalent in this game.

They rush so enemies wont spawn.
But I don’t understand, I play this game for enemies to spawn.

When you’re searching through a room for resources and your character calls out for your teammates (you’re playing on High-Intensity Damnation)

Wait, really? The Director used to punish people for running ahead around release, I haven’t noticed a difference because I actively try to stay with my team.

Rushing needs to be done as a team, enemies will linger in the AI’s s*** list as you rip past areas and consume slots that could be spawning new enemies, which lets a team that moves quickly fight less enemies total if they make an effort to avoid clearing areas.

So this is contrary to the game design of collecting garbage to waste at the casino. Enjoy the ride of actually killing stuff because that is what is actually enjoyable. Send poxwalkers flying with empowered thunderhammer hits and brain burst random gunhands because it’s not a race.

Damnation or Hi-intensity Heresy is less rushing, they just cannot rush that fast because of more enemies.
Thing is to me it feels everyone is rushing but me.
After this post i rushed a game, had to wait at an Elevator for almost a minute :see_no_evil:
got downed twice tbh, but they saved me.
In the end very much less ressources.
I dont care if the AI spawns a horde more or less, even a Trapper, Flamer, Mutie.
If you really spent too much time somewhere the AI may try to get you really in trouble, but i have that seen very rarely.
An it’s not that it takes ages so search everything if you know the levels.

I plan to play Damnation only now, maybe its better, even if it fails more often, the amount of ressources is still better then.

The faster you move through the map the less enemy will be spawned. Skillfull player can move fast and kill things on it’s way, bad player just pulls all roamers and dies.

Move on auric, it may be so you are better then 90% of regular t5 players, so you expect them to do a certain things, but they don’t cause not enough expirience/knowledge/skill.

This is design flow of loot system. which i hate and refuse to interact with, unless i really need it.

I am playing this game to kill stuff, it’s fun. Checking every stupid box in every corner of the map is not fun.
It can be useful, but it’s annoying and wastes time. Id prefer to manage my resources better, so i don’t have to interact with this loot system as much.

Two main things causing this:
1.Loot is spread too far from the
main path
2. And stupid boxes.

Stupid boxes is what makes you walk into some dead end, away of the main path,
just to realize that it was empty, and then you walk back.
This so annoying time waster and i don’t see any reason for that to exist, other than divide people who need resources and who dont.

Simply remove stupid boxes and leave loot visible on the floor. So you can see if there something worth looting or not, before you waste your time.
And make loot corners to be within LoS from main path or even better, don’t place it too far.

i will try later. 2 weeks ago it was too hard for my psyker, but i’m on ogryn for a week now and the last 2 Damnation runs i did not lose much HP and didnt need to use one or two HP Stations. So maybe i’m good to go to Auric.
My biggest problem is dodge slide to left, to right is no problem, but for left i often fail to do it or i got blocked by something.

another theory i have is that lots of players may have tons of ressources because they gave up on crafting and just use the good gear they already have.
I have also good gear, but i still want to try other blessings i dont have.

One reason I love my speedy knife zealot, is cause I can loot the entire map in seconds and return to my team with 50% stamina left.

Now that I think about it, im probably the opposite of the “sprint ahead noob”.
I’m the “sprint back and loot the stuff everyone else leaves behind dude” .

Maybe i should start to play my Zealot again to do the same
But my Zealot went back to Evis, i tried Knife with Vet, Zealot and even Psyker, it’s too much Cod for me. I also play CoD from time to time and it’s all fine, but in reality i’m more a tactician than anything else.

I’ll have you know its a Counterstrike knife not a CoD one. Remember how you move faster with the knife out in that game?

Goal is to kill heretics, not run past them and let them live.

Faith issue.

I refered to CoD because of some people pwn everyone with a knife in CoD MP

It’s the only thing that remains of Grim runs in VT2. It was a baked in difficulty boost to take time out of your run, and pick up tomes, and Grims which also nuked your health.

Those still exist, but are worthless. The Plasteel on the other hand still has the baked in difficulty of constantly splitting the team as you mentioned if you want to get the possible max.

Its a skill onto itself to quickly loot the spawns while staying safe.

Is this good design? No. It’s almost definitely made to be semi-skill walled for the wrong reasons which is to nuke plasteel income for bad players.

But yeah. There it is.

Personally, I’d rather they bring back the grim runs with guaranteed 380 oranges while leaving side paths for ammo, and stims.

Director uses hounds and trappers, which are dangerous only during hordes and after at least one flamer is covering place with fire.

Without that these measures are only to intertain rushers.
