7 times in last match on the hourglass, had to clutch 4 times but every res attempt when invisible was met with ass spawning gunners targeting and shooting me out of ult as zealot. Through walls and obstacles. Issue raised before but gunners are shooting through the map and eating players in 1 second before the game has even loaded the gunfire graphic. Annoying. Please fix. Also trappers are still shooting through walls and fences… still.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
use zealot’s invisibility… get targeted by enemies all over the room… lose invis and most hp… let ppl die to avoid dying yourself and clutch to next area… rinse, repeat.
Invis being ignored by mobs has been a thing since game released, but recent patches have made it from an occasional thing into a multiple times per match thing.
Invisibility will get ignored, or appear to go off visually and the start the cool down, but it will not provide any of the benefits such as dropping aggro or providing the speed boost.
Same as Chorus, goes on cool down but you only get one pulse that doesn’t do anything, or it pulses and nothing gets pushed back, sometimes it even pulses and doesn’t give anyone toughness, and sometimes you press the button, whip it out, nothing happens, and it doesn’t even go on cool down… it’s like it’s just a suggestion for the game to do it, not an instruction.
I have a whole post about the dash not working. I used to love the dash, then when it became so unreliable it killed me more than anything I swapped to invis, that was less unreliable then but is just as bad now.
Now I stick to Chorus and just hope it goes off - at least most of the time when it doesn’t go off you can just press the button again… although that often causes it to self cancel after once pulse for some stupid reason.
I don’t know which genius had the brilliant idea to make the charge go nowhere when I’m not looking at an enemy and veer wildly off to the side when I am, especially when I know where I want to go and it worked fine in VT2, but they need a “stern talking to” from a commissar.
lol nah. Having Shade-zealot clutched hundreds of matches now, from saving entire team from crusher hordes, to being forced to melee a sniper because the Vet who whined about ammo use cos they spent up shooting every enemy you were meleeing in your face then letting the team get pinned by laser lights… I disagree. Simply fix the issue. It has been fixed several times, then a hotfix happens and functionality goes wonky for a bit… cliche at this point. So we know it CAN work properly. Ult delay is an issue too, which could attribute- pressing F repeatedly only to have your ult go off 9 seconds later uselessly.
