I rolled this blessing at T4 today, granting enemy hit mass reduction for 0.5s. That is way too short to be of any use. In a situation where you want more cleave, (clearing hordes for example) chances are you’re chaining heavy attacks, which leaves an interval >0.5s between these attacks.
I used to think it was good but it was just Punishment. Its literally useless.
Pray that Monday changes it. People have noticed it’s useless since it was first available.
It would need a duration increase to something like 2s, then it would be fine i guess.
The trick is that is activates on the first enemy you kill and lasts for the rest of the swing. So it will always be active so long as you kill an enemy with each swing. AFAIK, it isn’t supposed to last between swings.
Yes, it’s useless and literally does nothing.
I didn’t consider that. Thank you!
Still not a strong perk, but at least it’s not useless.
No point in it when you can just use one of the blessings that increases power, which will increase cleave along with damage
indeed, I think it has its place if you’re looking for crowd control, which may be more inportant considering the recent thrust nerf.
It does nothing, not even hitting an extra target after the first kill.
It activates 1 stack and does nothing (same as without it).
On the Thammer you want a combination of two of those blessings:
- Headtaker
- Slaughterer
- Thrust
You can throw the rest of Thammer blessings into the garbage bin
