you have a fundamental misunderstanding of psychology if you think that the store isn’t structured the way it is for the exact reason of maximizing money.
this is why you have aquillas leftover, this is why the store rotates, this is why you can’t see everything that is in inside without being an actual reject and modding the game. and my proof that all of this works is that there have been no overhauls in 2 years, and plenty of people running around wearing whatever crap is in the store even if I personally found it visually offensive.

and trollhammer, coru staff and griffon feet should all be deleted. it took them 2+ years for these most minor of nerfs to what was essentially unlimited and improved normal bombs (you need strength potion to kill a chaos warrior with a bomb).

with the current system, if anyhting it’s people not buying stuff anymore because Fatshark with a bad designed fomo rotation that doesn’t make sense. which is one of the many complaints of people.
FS is making money anyway because of whales, but objectively people will not buy stuff that they can’t get. Fatshark is thinking that they can force players to buy the bad ones but it doesnt work like that. especially since we can see all the skins in the game, even unused ones.
so i doubt FS would “reduce” the money they make. it is also bad that they try to do money by exploting people. so it needs to change, giving aquilas would be the first step for a healthy system
Have you considered that, perhaps, not being greedy jack-asses would have improved the reception of this game and how much money they make?
FS works by the logic that PR doesn’t exist and whatever they do doesn’t matter - it’s AAA-studio behavior from a company that really can’t afford to act in that manner.

In a very “Office Space” sense however I must ask what exactly it is they “do there”, but they apparently have someone who’s supposed to handle that.

What about that guy who came here and was literally attacked for admitting he bought all the skins KNOWING IT WAS EXPENSIVE but he did it for the love of the game? You honestly think there is a minority of players spending? And are we price-approximating the same games? All of these things are calculated the way they were for a reason, and the rising prices are proof positive they worked.

well initially it was even way worse if you remember, there was some cooldown timer which was the ultimatum FOMO.
but it got changed, and consequentially they added “3 pages” rather than 1.
the fact there is no overhaul it is also because of people defending such systems.

Typical level for Fatshark’s cosmetics. Low quality, inaccurate and lacklustre, over-priced, and a recolour on top. I want to say that whoever is in charge of the MTX store is living in cloud cuckoo land, but people will buy them, and the Mourningstar will be awash with these abhorrent things once again, but this time in blue.
Who knows, they might give us something for free. Like another re-colour of the Veteran helmet with the balaclava that clips on noses.

Are there any companies in the world that can/have paid for servers and paid for ongoing development and paid every single one of the thousands of players that play their game(s) the equivalent of $1-2 an hour for doing so?
I hope Havoc has weekly aquila rewards. Earnable in-game currency is just another marketing/manipulation tactic (like discounts and every other component of sales/advertising/business), but it’d be a popular and welcome change. And it’d definitely earn FS some more sales in the end.
They really just changed the coats to blue and called it a day. We still don’t even get the respirator hose.

Can’t tell right now having issues with mods…but it looks like the Zealot upperbody has the candles on the shoulder removed, and that the Krieg buckethelm for Ogg is used but with a skull painted on the mask instead. Obviously the Zealot has another grenadier mask with a helmet too, looks like its even partially covering the eyes without camera tricks.
Watch the shovels still be MIA.
