When the text size of the Windows desktop is zoomed to more than 100% the luncher’s visual elements are shifted, the buttons can be partially hidden.
Resolution is 2560x1440, the win11 desktop scale is 100% and text size is zoomed to 125%.
How to temporarily “fix”:
Go to Settings → Accessibility → Text Size , set the slider back to 100% and confirm.
