The Duelling sword, even with 80% cleave, doesn’t cleave enough targets to trigger the rampage blessing.
The Dueling sword (Specifically the MKII) doesn’t actually cleave enough enemies with normal and heavy attacks to trigger the Rampage blessing (hitting 3 or more enemies with an attack increases your damage by 40% for 3 seconds) on any enemies other than groaners. The push attack can trigger rampage however, which makes it so you need to push attack every three seconds to keep the blessing active.
This could potentially be fixed by either lowering the cleave requirement for the Rampage blessing to two on the Dueling swords, or increasing the cleave capabilities of the dueling swords.
