Rampage is bugged on the Duelling Sword

Tested in the meat grinder.
Item: Mk V Duelling Sword with (Shred II and (Rampage III)
Hitting one enemy gives 42 damage.
Hitting two enemies gives 42 damage per enemy.
Hitting three or more enemies is 42 damage per enemy.

Rampage isn’t working.

Also Shred isn’t displaying a buff at the bottom to indicate it’s active either.
