The cornerstone "sniper concentration" does not work (does not increase damage)

Issue Description (Required):

The “sniper concentration” cornerstone has stopped increasing damage depending on the number of charges. Previously, when the charge concentration was reached, the damage from ranged weapons increased in proportion to the number of charges. The more charges there were, the higher the damage to the torso/ head. Currently, the damage to the torso does not increase in any way.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Get 1 keystone charge when killing/standing still.
  2. Shoot the enemy’s torso 1 time.
  3. Get more concentration charges by standing still/killing enemies.
  4. Compare the damage without talent charges and its maximum values (10/15)

Marksman’s Focus？
Each stack of Focus grants +7.5% Ranged Finesse Strength, and +1% Reload Speed.

Finesse:Weakness multiplier, critical strike multiplier

If you’re referring to Marksman Focus it only ever gave finesse bonuses. So the only way it ever gave torso damage was through crits. That is still the case.
