By the way, maybe this problem is something the actual FS employees should get on top of, @FatsharkStrawHat @FatsharkCatfish. It’s not the first time Hank’s moderation abilities have come into question.
If the Grudgekeeper goes away, there are others who will keep the book warm and hold people to account. Of course, it’s likely I’ll get banned too, or simply leave after saying my piece about them - I’ve a history with suggesting that the Discord moderator team are prejudiced and incompetent. Already hearing that this is carrying over to their behavior here is not coming as a surprise.
@AlphaOmegaMan Please include me in the volume of folks very concerned about “Hank” being a moderator here. He has no chance of improving or balancing the environment of the forum, indeed he’s only likely to be a detriment to the whole, as already demonstrated here by the reported behavior.
I personally hope nobody leaves on account of abuse from anyone involved.
Well that sucks. Obviously none of us will know what went on in the DMs, but even me, the Grudge of the Grudges, only got a week timeout when I said something that might have been not-nice about Catfish.

Anyway, this is indeed the problem with unpaid moderators. It’s extremely difficult to know if post deletions and bans are really justified or not, and at the end of the day, they’re not professionals.
Kambrin was silenced for a few days by a different staff member, but I’m flattered you immediately thought of me. Assumptions make an ass out of you and me and all that but still.

Unless you’ve got some actual proof, I’m vastly more inclined to believe Kambrin than some random outsider who got appointed because FS didn’t want to actually pay someone and who immediately started sticking his nose into things and making an ass of himself.

For whatever reason, it seems like Kambrin did not see anything on his end that showed he was temporarily silenced, which is obviously not ideal. I’ve forwarded it to Fatshark support staff to see what caused it, and I won’t begrudge Kambrin his frustration and anger with the situation.
But the rest of you can settle down now. Face the reality that you attacked me over a misunderstanding, and move on.

Still find it kinda funny that Kambrin of all people eats a suspension while people like Jakal, Cerebrophage, Flawless, and heck, even CommanderJ are still around despite being far more aggressive and a detriment to the forum atmosphere, but who am I to argue with whatever random staff member decided to bring down the hammer on one of the more vocal critics.
