Has solo mode been removed from planning?

When the game was first released, solo mode was a core feature that influenced my purchase; when will/is this feature going to be implemented? You have just released a paid DLC and as yet have not delivered core features. When will these features be added? If that feature has been cut, when will you be announcing that change? I purchased the game with the expectation that you would add promised features. where are they?
