Terrible frametime spikes and performance with 9070 XT

Hi mate,

I have created a fix for AMD graphics card stutters I fixed stutter and textures not loading in! (Texutre streaming config file change) by tweaking some config files.

So far I’ve seen success with:

  • 9070 xt
  • 7900 xtx

If you could give it a go and let me know your experience in the posts comments + your specs that would be great.
