There is a general pervasive slowness on 9070 xt. Steam reports 140(ish) fps but the game feels like it is running in syrup and choppiness. Running at deteced settings, lowered threads by 2.
cpu usage around 30-35% gpu around 60-85%

The shader cache builder has been broken for the game for a while so those going from green to red (and even the other way around) will have big micro stutter issues. We’ll have to see what the Tuesday patch will bring us.
In the meantime, I recommend turning ambient occlusion down to low and textures to medium. I don’t know why but for some reason the AO is disproportionally performance intensive and medium textures have less stutter for little graphical change.
My theory is that because the shader cache maker is broken, playing with RT on helps force the game to make shaders that are used for both RT and the non-RT baked lighting
