"Teammate Unavailable For Matchmaking" Bug

Not sure of any other way to report a bug, but I’m not able to play more than one match before I have to close out the game completely. Keep getting “Teammate Not Available for Matchmaking”. No where that I’ve been able to find has come up with a fix, with one reddit being from 9 months ago. I thoroughly enjoy this game, but only getting to play one match kinda defeats the purpose and the drive to keep playing.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play a match.
  2. Complete match, defeat or success does not matter.
  3. Attempt to start another match.
  4. See the red notification that says “Teammate Unavailable For Matchmaking”

I am having the exact same issue. Also on PS5 and I’ve never had this issue before.

Played the game like normal yesterday (3 Sep), no issues. Haven’t been able to play a single match today (4 Sep). Even after completely closing and restarting the game (MULTIPLE TIMES), whenever I use the mission terminal it says “Teammate Unavailable For Matchmaking”. Literally cant play the game at all.

Definitely not a network issue as HD2 is working just fine for me.

Any chance you are using a VPN? My buddy had this issue until they turned it off…

(did not see you were on console! whoops)

Have same issue PS5. Getting really annoying.

Hi all, I notice there has been a PSN outage within the past 24 hours, which now seems to be resolved. Could you let me know if this issue is still occurring for you?

Seems it was due to the PSN issues, I no longer have this problem! :slight_smile:

Haven’t had any issues lately. What confused men was that i was able to still use multi-player on other games. Thanks for the follow up. I’ll be sure to check PSN first in the future.
