Issue Description (Required):
Whenever I try to join a game it says that matchmaking is disabled and I can’t play. It worked fine for the first few days. Please help me get back in or I’m going to request a refund because clearly your game is broken on PS5.

Launch the game select your operative and go up to the mission launch table with the green Holograms and try and select a mission and you won’t be able to
