This has been raised at least 3 times that you can see from a quick forum search, including an acknowledgement of a bug for the vet ability.

Option to mute tag spammers & identify who tagged

Keeping it simple: I like to hear what it’s happening and I have a bad time with that sound playing repeatedly non-stop, specially on auric. It helps no one, it actually makes it worse to know where to focus the attention. Please, a little button like “mute ping” or “mute tag” under the “mute chat” and “mute voice” would be lovely. I don’t like to quit a match because of someone that likes to spoil the fun of others for reasons that I don’t understand. To identify who tagged the enemies, maybe…
