Characters sometimes still get stuck somehwere, or pushed out of bounds by mutants and bosses, FatShark you really need to add /stuck command to chat, so people can get out, it should teleport player to either near open and flat terrain without obstacles or to nearby player.

Not if there will be limits, i said specifically near player or open space of there are no near players, by near i mean around 10m maybe, basically someone would need to stay pretty close. Also there can be some kinda check of position, they somehow programm mobs and players not to run underground, except one map, so they can probably do position check.
i dont see how fatshark could reasonably do that where it wouldnt get abused maybe they could do the riot programming solution “add 900000 invisible poxwakers and task them to navigate to a point on the map and if they cant do it it counts as a free stick area where you can teleport out”
but in general i think anything for that is an unreasonable amount of effort for something that happens every 30+ games
don’t think so, such things are trivial to secure against cheating/cheesing
eg. make it so the player being teleported is stunned for 30 seconds and trigger some enemies onto him specifically. boom, you can only use it if the situation is entirely clear, bonus points if teleporting is always done ‘forward’ so you can’t use it to go back a cliff.
