Suggestion: potential fix to Chaos spawn/mutie terrain issues

I think it would be a good idea to add built in “stuckness” or “immobility” detector into the game that can check if players are unable to move which would then promptly kill the player sending them to a rescue site. this is a good bandaid fix for the chaos spawn issues, getting stuck inside a medistation or thrown into a wall is not super fun.
