Stuck in keep due to loading

Issue Description (Required):

Since loading is taking so long, players are literally just stuck loading forever (i’m assuming they abandon their long load time and the game still tries loading them) and so you can’t initiate a game because they’re “loading”

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Start a hosted game
  2. let someone load in
  3. wait,
  4. wait
  5. wait
  6. wait
  7. wait
    8 eventually give up, quit, and play something else because you’re stuck in the lobby too much. Seriously this happens far too often; i don’t know what’s going on but i just keep getting stuck in lobbies with players trying to join forever
