Infinite loading after finishing a match

Issue Description:
After finishing a match sometimes the game takes infinite time to load the hub.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play a match and finish it.
  2. Watch the loading screen.
  3. Wait a minute, 10 minutes, 1 hour, doesn’t matter. The loading doesn’t end. You need to alt+F4 the game.

This appears to be mod-related, but I can’t be sure which exactly is the culprit.
