Strange delay with pings and nothing else

For some weird reason my pings have a strange 1-2 second delay regardless of what latency I have. No idea why this started when before pings were instant. Nothing else is delayed and the game itself runs fine. And after that delay, the voicelines for the appropriate ping will play back to back if I spammed it.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Tagging something. A second or 2 later it registers.
