When logging into Dark Tide, I could play normally at first, but then gradually encountered backend errors. Now, I can’t get in at all. I have tried various methods, including changing the accelerator, resetting the dns, and resetting the network, but after successfully logging in once, I couldn’t get in. Besides, previously, when opening the social page, the game frame rate would be very low, almost freezing, and sometimes even crashing. I suspect it might be related to this

Hi Khino. For troubleshooting purposes, are you able to experiment by connecting your PC to a mobile hotspot, to see if the errors persist while under another connection?

I understand this isn’t always an option, but it can be helpful.

I did try it before.It acctually worked only two times and then never work again.

Hi Khino, the data in each log appears to be quite inconsistent, and most have mods enabled which is producing various errors. Could you try launching once more with all mods disabled, and upload the corresponding console log here please?

Thanks Khino, it looks like a VPN is active - have you tried disabling this?

Do you mean Game-Booster?I actually use Game-Booster.Still fail when disabling it.

Hi Khino, it looks like you have a VPN named ‘Radmin VPN’ on your PC - is this active?

This time i disabled it.But i have just logged in successfully with VPN(not Radmin),though the lag was so high.

But it seems like logging depends on luck.Usually it doesn’t work.

There are some authentication issues in the most recent log. So you’ve disabled Radmin, and are using another VPN, which allows you to login but with a lot of lag?

What’s displayed on-screen if you attempt to access https://bsp-sup-sd.atoma-discovery.com/darktide/status with no VPN?

You seem to be able to establish a connection there, so I’m surprised the error is presenting the way it is in Darktide. Could you try launching Darktide after a ‘Selective Startup’, and see if there’s any change?:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load Startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Launch as normal, and see if the issue persists

Hi Khino, I have to double-check - did you activate Radmin VPN (or any other VPN) prior to launching Darktide in the above logs?

actually,i tried 4 times.Without mods,vpn off,vpn
on and with mods,vpn off,vpn on.But they all failed
