It might be controversial, but I really like Chaos Warriors with shields. That said, they shouldn’t be completely immune to certain stagger effects/abilities (e.g., Foot Knight’s Battering Ram). Also, they still do that weird ledge-teleport thing because they can block attacks while climbing, which needs fixing.
I think the addition of that one new shielded Chaos Warrior type already added a ton of flavor to the Chaos roster, and I’d love to see even more variety.
The Skaven could definitely use some love too. Adding Skaven slingers (similar to Bestigor archers) would be cool, but the beastmen archers are annoying because they have infinite shots; they should have limited ammo and a generous parry window so they’re fair and satisfying to counter.
From what I’ve seen in the community, new weapons are the most requested feature, with new enemy types a very close second. Both would obviously require a lot of testing and balancing, but they’d be well worth the effort.

I loved the chaos warrior with Shields as they were an amazing addition. So im assuming its someone else.
I think he means beastmen. Their implementation was very bad. I still don’t understand why they’re not only in certain maps and why there’s no button in the menu that could simply turn them off.

If there are gaps to be filled by enemies, I think the Beatman roster needs a buff.
Brayshaman surely needs an appearance, DoomBull boss, Cygor as a boss fight like Nurgloth?

Iirc adding new enemies is a big engine strain that it isn’t really that possible anymore without increase client side file sizes too much.
More maps is the savest option to deliver fun content without breaking anything, and fatshark is not fast in fixing stuff….so no….i dont want new enemies ![]()
agreed, having them just be invulnerable to pretty much any staggers outside of an explosive is ridiculous. That’s monster tier levels of stagger resist
I’d rather them make more shitty maps than make more shitty enemies. Chaos warriors with shields spawning in 3’s because the AI director is borked atm is difficult to get through with level of people playing atm
Thats the point, they’re supposed to be difficult to bypass. If you don’t like it there’s always Normal and Easy difficulty
yeaaah that’s not a great excuse. Foot soldier’s ult should be able to stagger them. Also that may be your solution but mine is just to kill them
