They should also nerf the graphics and setting until we’re back in Warhammer Fantasy in the End Times
(I’m aware 40k and Fantasy are different universes, don’t lynch me)

You mean that game that just got a balance patch buffing the underperforming outliers!?
Brace for the neg Steam reviews?
There’s some truth in this, but what made me quit the game (I’m back in hopes of Skitarii… tomorrow… or soon.) is that Fat Shark is like a snake eating it’s own tail. Tries hard but makes no reall progress so you just get things in a circle.
The answer though isn’t really weapon nerfs. It’s working on the enemies so they are smarter… More ranged only gun fights so you come around a corner into a line of rifle infantry you have to take cover and exchange fire.
That’s actually how the game launched, but only vet got toughness back in ranged fights, so the moaning (some of it justified) got them to nerf the enemies. Now it’s just all charge most of the time, and that’s it. It’s horde clear with speicals thrown in. TBH, you need the horde to lighten up for the ranged fights but FS is in love with backspawns to the point they throw in cheat spawns were they just teleport in.
Most of what fat shark actually does is balance passes that undo the previous balance passes and it’s like watching the seasons change. Lot of effort but no progress.
I think it’s because leadership is lacking. It’s like three teams are fighting each other.
Fat shark needs leadership with vision and to produce a ton of new content.
I didn’t even realize, but that’s genuinely hysterical. How can a company that’s not Bethesda have such a massive decline in quality in their newer games?
Welcome to Havoc, it’s already like this
Nah. I think balance in PVE games should still be maintained. Inferno Staff + Soulblaze Pyskers for instance, are super overperforming right now.
except the exchange part is particularly funny if a sixpack of green gunners keep their hard on locked even if i stand behind the corner for a couple seconds, blazing away like nurgle pays em on the rounds spend.
that peppers you the moment you need to reposition in order to avoid that bomber or catch that trapper before she gets her net out.
shows the part of the cheap on/off “a.i” if you even wanna call it that, half life marines had you cornered and flanked 28 years ago and threw the nade only if there was a prior line of sight .
There are many ways to deal with that. Suppression, dodge slides, stagger, teammates, bubbles, chorus.
After so many hours on zealot I can simulate engaging gunners in my mind right now, it becomes muscle memory.
Great… but I was specifically talking about the Lawbringer.
How many times you have seen this shotgun used?
Friendly fire would certainly make the matches shorter
yes
no,
playing exclusively with randos, for better or worse, i don’t trust em with finding their butt in the dark with a flashlight, much less popping a dome when me ogryn is targeted.
that being said im fed up with “coop” in general and while on conan exiles vacation, i really enjoy the solo mod recently.
at least i know it was all me who won the match and not some one-button-warrior popping an ult every now and then ![]()
