Hi Eriss, I can see the DLCs are active on your account. Firstly, please ensure you’re logged in to the same account on both the Microsoft Store and Xbox apps on your PC.
Secondly, have you restarted your PC since this issue started?
I never changed my logins, same accounts or not, and I was able to level my DLC toons up to 30 Auric like that, but sudenly I can no longer play them. “Sudenly”: I remember it happened one time then I could play them again in the same game session (like a net connection problem), then it happened a 2nd time but this time it’s permanent.
Yes I have restarted, I just retried.
This could be a caching issue - I’d recommend deleting your AppData using the instructions below:
NOTE : By deleting your AppData, operative loadouts and custom keybindings will be reset. You may wish to make a back-up of the directory in the event deleting your AppData does not work to resolve the issue.
Press the Windows key + R
Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
Navigate to: AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\MicrosoftStore
Delete the entire ‘Darktide’ directory
Then use the ‘Verify and Repair’ option via the Xbox App to ensure the installation is complete.
I don’t know if it was already solved alone, like it went down alone,
but after doing your tellings the both dlc toons went back playables.
