I play on the Xbox app on computer. I previously played on game pass and have played the arbites operator without issue. I bought and installed the game today for the Skitarii DLC, but now it says I have to “buy DLC” on both Skitarii and arbites even though I have both in the Xbox app. I have no mods, and have tried reinstalling, restaring the computer and reparing game files.
Hi Lim, could you check that you’re logged in to the same account on both the Xbox App and Microsoft Store app on your PC?
Any inconsistencies here can result in content being unavailable.

In not sure about on the app on computer but on Xbox there is a feature called quick resume that you must disable for this game, essentially when the game quick resumes it doesn’t recognize your downloaded content
Hello, i also have the same issue, i bought the hive scum dlc, tried restarting my pc, game, xbox app, verified files, resynced, checked that my microsoft store and xbox account are the same and even after all of that i still can’t make a hive scum character.
