I purchased the Arbitrator and Hive Scum deluxe DLCs and now it won’t let me play them. It just tries to send me to the Xbox store. I get a infinite loading screen. I waited an hour. It was still trying to load. I have good Internet connection. I have tried resetting the console, logging out and back in, resetting the Internet receiver.

There is an underlying issue which we believe is related to ‘Quick resume’ which can result in this bug. Usually restarting Darktide should resolve the issue:

Can you please check again now to see if the DLC classes are available to you again?
