Aquilas not received ingame and store is restricted

Hey,

Im playing with game pass via Geforcenow and purchased some ingame currency and got the “dlc installed” message but the store wallet is empty and if i click on any bundle, a message pops up: Store Access Restricted. Verifying store access failed. Store access will be restricted.

Do i have to refund by microsoft?

Edit: the dlc message pops up after every load to the misson hall

Hi Denerum, please could you see if you’re logged in to the same account on both the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app?

Tried to look for it, now this message pops up when i start it with geforce,

I’m starting to question my QA career and feel like gouging my eyes out. I’ve checked everything to see what could be wrong with the browser, and all I found was that I should run it from the desktop. Okay, I dug out my old machine and installed it there, but it gives the same error. I’m not sure if this Microsoft or Xbox backend is properly communicating with the cloud services. It took me a few hours, but I give up. Use the money to buy bread or something, I don’t know.

On your old machine - are you using GeForce Now on that, too?

Big brain time here, I was thinking about how else I could solve this and went to the Xbox website and started it there. Guess what, I don’t have a damn controller! So, I went to the neighbor kids, kicked their door down, and took one because you can’t do anything on this junk without it. Imagine, it could communicate with the backend like that.

And yes, I was able to, but it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work through the cloud.
