Sprinting as well as charging a heavy melee attack can both be staggered out of, even if you only take toughness damage. We are introduced to a way to lock up ranged enemies by engaging them in melee, but even if they are pretty close to me, the fact that a single shot can cancel my current swing and stop my movement makes this almost never worth attempting. I get that if you take Health damage in this game, you get staggered. But i really want both movement and charge attacks to not be staggered if you only take a hit to toughness, so i can tie up ranged enemies that have just spawned a few feet away from me.

Even with health damage, it should not do this to a zealot or ogryn.
As a zealot, i charged a shotgunner, and 3 lasgun guys turned a corner and shot me, literally not just stopping me in my tracks, but also PUSHING ME BACKWARDS. This was on damnation, and it got me killed.
