So I started playing the new Grim Protocols update yesterday and was having a blast trying out the new Relic Sword on Zealot. Entered a Havoc party, made a couple friends, and was doing overall pretty solid. The first issues I got were Error Code: 9999 whenever I tried to select a mission, but that was solved by letting someone else start it. But a few missions later, I get hit with Error Code: 3013. And every time I tried to reconnect to the session, it hit me again. And again. And again without fail. Not to mention, it’ll give me that same error leaving the Psykanium and boot me to the Character Select screen. I have tried the fixes on the Fatshark Customer Support Website.

EDIT: This issue has extended to Quickplay missions as well, which I failed to mention in the first iteration of the post. I quite simply cannot play the game.

Game is allowed through the Firewall.
DNS was flushed.
PC and Steam were restarted more than once.
File Integrity was checked twice.

I could move around the lobby and other players were as well. Mission disconnects simply kept me in the lobby while leaving the Psykanium boot me to the character select as mentioned above.

Hi, in the past hour I’ve updated the article to include a wider variety of solutions for all platforms:

Failing that, we are continuously monitoring our error rates post-update. It’s possible this will improve as we continue to optimise.

The only thing I really can’t do is change DNS and Port Forwarding, as I use Blazing Hog’s Beam modem rather than a normal router. I am not certain what other solution I can safely use. Barring any further alternatives, I will do my best to wait patiently. I apologize if my initial post sounded agitated in some way. I just have spent a good sum of money on this and am a bit flustered due to the sudden errors.
