I cannot make it past the character select screen on all characters. I have tried every solution I have seen on the forums to no avail. The game has been unplayable for nearly 6 months at this point.

I am playing through GamePass, so a refund is not necessary. Out of curiosity, has this error occurred on both Steam and Xbox platforms?

Yes, unfortunately, it can occur on all platforms.

I should add that there seems to be an excessive amount of packet loss in your case, so I would recommend exploring any potential issues with the stability of your connection. If your console is connected via Ethernet, try another cable.

I tried with a different ethernet cable and attempted to join a mission and got an error code 2001 this time. I tried to load into the game immediately after and got an error code 2014. I know that these errors are all related, so here is another console log. I hope that the investigations into these errors are high on the priority list.
