Errors 2001, 2004, 2014 & 3013

Issue Description (Required):

Incessant errors 2001, 2004, 2014 and the occasional 3013. Happens on character select over and over, and in game over and over. For a few seconds, some units freeze and some continue running off the map, and my attacks don’t work. Then i get one of these error codes and sent back to the character select where it prompts me to reconnect session and repeat the process. Tried playing with mods on and disabled. Portrait rendering disabled in UI.

It is a bit of a shot in the dark admittedly, and more work needs to be done to eliminate these errors on our end. However, the solutions in the article linked below may help in this case:
