Issue Description:
Some Penances require auras/abilities/grenades that technically don’t exist anymore. This is most notable on Veteran (the Resupplier one) and Ogryn.
Steps to Reproduce:
Ogryn’s one related to the Big Box of Hurt requires you to entirely delevel yourself, Scavenger doesn’t work no matter what.
