Issue Description:
The scavenger penance where you need to resupply 5000 ammunition to your party is bugged and won’t advance for me. Infact, it hasn’t advanced at all despite already being a lvl. 21 Veteran. According to previous reports here, it is an old bug that has yet to be fixed.

Constant (100%)
It hasn’t gone up for me in a long time. It is bugged for sure. I bet the penance won’t work with the new skill tree.
Extremly frustrating.
They acknowledged it over a month ago, but they dont seem to work on it.
Any updates on this penance? I really want that officer hat for my veteran.
Newer posts have been acknowledged, I hope they take more notice of this and fix it in the upcoming major update. I just really want those goggles headpiece, man.
