Scavenger achievement is slowly, involuntarily being completed

Issue Description:
I have no skills except possibly ‘Always Prepared’ that is providing ammo, I have no skills or builds that have scavenger or survivalist selected and I’m still granting a small amount of ammo after matches.
I would like this to stop.

Also as I understand, the original penance was to play with the skills all in the upper tier and nothing in any of the passives in order to provide a unique challenge.

Please make this clear at least somewhere or tell me I’m wrong or something.

I would like to achieve triple penances at once with my veteran and other classes and would not like stat count issues to impede that progress.

There is some spaghetti code under the hood where if you are playing with anyone with scavenger/survivalist, all veterans in the strike team will be getting progress towards that penance. Noticed this when playing a 4 veteran strike team and someone mentioned that they got progress despite bringing the damage aura.
