Patch #14 is out and penance progress is still bugged

Yeup, was very excited to get online, and hopefully confirm that this was fixed so I can get the Kriegerhelm on my Vet. It still isn’t fixed. I really hope they get around to hot fixing this bug soon. It’s the only penance I have left on my Veteran.
