Fatshark sucks at developing video games - this much is true. They lied to us - this much is true. But there is absolutely no way in hell the community has a solid case against Fatshark, much less acquiring the funds to support said case and actually winning it.

One thing that they neglected to mention is that legal battles can last for YEARS and still lead nowhere.
