The average seems to be 300-310, and first time in months I have seen grey items which are under 300 base score range, and got at least THREE on those when buying maybe 15 items.
No, they said this was happening. And Melk is all maxed stuff now.

You just upgrade them to 380 at Hadron. The vendor that seems to have lost all relevance is Melk.
Melk is good for trading contract coins in for big mastery boosts!

The bars can still bend how you want them…I picked up a 65 reload 75 mobility Zarona from him earlier. And I sent a saber that had 12 mobility to start right up to 80/80/80/80/62 for what I can assume is a rounding error too. Honestly seems like a massive improvement, but I can’t gage the zero mastery to max mastery grind without new weapons. Cough cough fatshark.
Though buffed bolt weapons and thunderhammer are like a mini weapons pack all on their own.
