An eviscerator that has +X% toughness on multi hit vs a eviscerator that doesnt is like having another column of lvl (actually good) lvl 5. talents
An axe that has ignore hit mass on weak point kill vs an axe that doesnt is a difference between struggling at Malice vs Soloing damnation
Once you leave the 1st difficulty you will notice very quickly that a good rolled weapon with good blessing (PURE RNG here) is a day / nigh difference between a sh-t one.
