You probably touched a single pixel where the death floor was too high, maybe caused by a slight clipping thru the normal floor somehow, e.g. with the aid of the jump?

1/1’000’000 chance. Id be surprised if someone could even replicate it. Maybe TAS assisted could do it.

You’re right. This had nothing to do with Slayer or the Leap ability. That spot is known to instantly kill players that step in that specific spot on Fortunes of War. It has happened to me and another friend in the past.

I did a lot of FoW and yes there is a rare bug, all characters can die because of it
I think there are also other spots, once i even died without starting yet Fortunes of War nearby to the runes.

there is also a 100% crash where if you kill boss and someone died earlier, and you kill boss without waiting the next weave timer, it will crash for them but not sure if they fixed that.
