I think that having an electrical shield not being replenished over time makes the Skitarii shield feel overall worse than the other Blitz abilities.
Having it be at 2 charges or even 1 with a 1 minute cooldown will help it feel more impactful throughout the mission and will also make it so you don’t grab grenades from your teammates just so you get a personal shield.
I don’t think that it will be overpowered as the shield only lasts 8 seconds (12 with the perk upgrade). If the minute cooldown still feels too short maybe it could even be increased to a 1 minute 30 seconds.
