Basicly those two enemies types pushback when shoot at player.
That’s due to the ranged stagger that they apply. Lords with the Plasma Gun and Rodin also have that.
As well as Flamers and Reaper iirc

Yeah, all ranged elites apply knockback when shooting you - this is meant to lock you down and prevent you from approaching them head-on. If you try, you’ll just die. Shotgunners especially like to throw you around.
Not a bug.

Yeah,If it will only stunlock then I dont have problem with that, but being push back is annoying especially as ogryn.
